Correlative Analysis between the Mentally-illed Employees Psychosocial Stress and Job and Familly Atmosphere Variables

Abstract
|
|
|
The author attempt to analyze the correlation between the mentally-ill employee´s psychosocial stress and job and family atmosphere.
The subjects were 187 mentally-ill employees (male:124, fomale:63).
The collated data were progressed by IBM PCAT computer, using spss program, and were analyzed
by chi-sguare test, analysis of variance and multiple discriminant function analysis. The major findings were as follows:
1)The psychosocial stress of mentally-ill employee was influenced not to the family structural atmosphere but to the job adaptation and family psychological climate.
2)On the analysis of the effect of mentally-ill employee´s psychosocial stress to the family, the complex of job and family stress, not the job stress alone, is influenced to family psychological climate.
3)On the analysis of correlation between the mentally-ill employee´s psychosocial stress and job adaptation, the complex stress of family and job is related to fire from job and unwilling to follower
4)On the analysis of correlation between the mentally-ill employee´s psychosocial stress and family psychological climate, the complex of family and job stress is related to patient’s family satisfaction, paternal openness respect of parent´s opinion and family economy cooperation.
